New 59Takachiyo products using Hokkaido comets
Hachitan-Nishiki Ichigo was Chapter eleven and Sake Komachi was Chapter XV, but this time it's MS-06S, which I don't understand.
I guess this is the first time in the series to list the yeast used, M310.
The aroma is a bit floral.
Pear, apple and a little pineapple.
The taste is mildly sweet and mildly umami with relatively strong and fruity acidity.
The overall taste is refreshing and clean.
The type of acidity is high, which is common in summer sake, but the type of acidity is rare.
M310 in particular gives the impression of not having much acidity, which is a bit surprising.
Besides, most pineapple-type sakes are sweet and sour.
Anyway, it is certainly an easy-drinking and tasty bottle suitable for a hot day!
