I drank it last year and bought it on repeat.
Fresh aroma. It has a sweetness like Japanese pear, acidity, and a sense of cemedine, and a bitter taste like 20th century pear, with no lingering aftertaste.
I enjoyed it with okonomiyaki I made myself.
