I had been curious about it for a while and finally bought it. Then I had it for after-dinner drinking time.
First of all, I was surprised when I poured it into a glass. It had fine bubbles like carbonation? I had never had a slightly carbonated sake before, but this was the first time I had ever had such a beautifully carbonated sake. After dinner, dessert is a must with "Kosu-Mori"!
