Lovely lactic heavy aromas mixed with juicy fruit: milk, yoghurt, muscat grapes, berries. Like a mixed berry ice cream cake, with underlying umami and nuttiness.
Good zippy sweetness upfront which quickly fades into a deeper, dried fruits and umami palate. Acidity is bold throughout and provides a tingly edge, but the finish is not sticky nor very long. Surprisingly light despite the full body and character.
Excellent stuff.
