Snow Plum was once known as Echino Sanbai (Echino Kanbai, Snow Plum, and Mine-no-Shirabai) and was once a premium sake that was difficult to obtain, but it has always been carefully crafted, has a certain quality, and has always had many strong fans for its taste.
I am also a fan of Yukinuchubai, and respect its light, sweet sake quality and unwavering dignity.

I think it is best served cold or at room temperature.
The price is quite expensive, so it may be possible to enjoy the great performance and taste of the highly finished Junmai and Honjozo, but if you are a fan of Yukichubai, you will want to taste it at least once since it is limited in variety, and you should aim for a complete set of all the regular varieties sold. I think it is also necessary to have an attitude of aiming for a complete set of the types usually sold.
