I got it as a souvenir from Hyogo 🤗.
From the supernatant in two layers, cold to room temperature. It has a slightly thick, sweet white wine nuance. It is a sweet nigorizake full of rich rice umami and reminds us of white grapes and apples.
Even when mixed with thick ori, the bitterness was almost imperceptible.
The third one, a souvenir from Shimane Prefecture, is izumochi zukeki. Thank you for the treat😋.
