I closed one of my projects.
I launched with my colleagues 🚀.
Some of us can't drink and some of us drink.
We came to "Meat and Sake".
When I looked in the fridge of the all-you-can-drink bar
I found my first Yamasan!
And it's still unopened!

40% polished Yamae-Nishiki from Nagano, 15% alcohol by volume.
Remove the plastic cover.
The opening sound of the crown is "pshhhh"!
When you drink it, you will find
Sweet and very fruity!
I guess it's a bit like a honey apple.
And yet it has a clear acidity and a little bit of chili.
Super fresh as it should be unfiltered raw sake. ❗️
This is delicious!
