While Sogape, who was hard, slept in the fridge, I chose instead the nigori of Akabu, which I drink every year. Oh, This year, they added the snowflake ❄️ mark! I'd say the nigori is less than an inch long. SNOW XMAS is a normal cap but SNOW EXTRA is a cap with a bit of a smear... Domestic rice polished to 60%, low alcohol content of 13%. So much caution ⚠️ warning... no sound😅 No automatic stirring (well, as usual) Microbubbles🫧 appear when you pour into a glass Uitate aroma is citrus, rummy, Japanese pear When you drink it, you will find that it has a good sweetness and acidity The taste has a lactic acidity. The freshness of the melted gas bouncing in the mouth is also nice. The last part is pleasantly slightly bitter. Taste that can be recognized the moment you drink it. This is important too!
