MashalaThe first one of the New Year was my wife's choice, Daishinshu.
It was recommended by the liquor store as it is made from rare rice!
It has a beautiful aroma and a clean and clear aftertaste with a strong taste of rice!
We had a delicious sake from the New Year: ☺️
