We compared drinks at a restaurant we wanted to visit❣️
Junmai Daiginjo is clean and crisp with little sweetness. I wonder if it is fruity? I didn't feel the aroma that much either.
The special junmai sake was the easiest to drink and had the gentlest taste. I had it with Kyoto pickles, and it was so soothing!
It has a deep flavor.
The junmai sake was neither good nor bad, nothing special. Maybe it would be better if it were heated up.
