It has a strong acidity, a clean and refreshing mouthfeel, and a discreet umami flavor. It has a good sharpness, with just a hint of bitterness. The aroma is not so strong. It was a solid and delicious sake, an all-rounder that can be enjoyed on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink.
