This is the first time I'm drinking a sake rice called Kotobukinmoku!

First up is the Eiko-Fuji ✨🥂✨.
Slightly fruity aroma...
When you drink it
Fruity, sweet, delicious and acidic
Sweet and tasty, but also rather crisp and clean.
Delicious!
Light bitterness in the aftertaste
It can be drunk on its own or as a food wine 😋.
On the 2nd and 3rd day
It is sweet and dark, and has a very strong taste!
The taste is quite strong!
It's delicious 😚♪

I was only able to get Kangiku, but it would be fun to get a sake comparison like this 😊.

I got this one first, then I found out that Kangiku is releasing Juhikinmu, then I thought 🤔, there is Wakanami too 🤔, so Dora got them all 😄♪
It was fun to compare the same sake rice 😉👍
