けむとうさん
This sake was recommended to us by the owner, who said that it was well received when he opened it at New Year's.
It is a tangy, dry sake that is light on the palate. It has an alcohol content of 16~17 degrees and a sake strength of +1, so if you drink it at room temperature (stored outside in a shed in winter), you may feel that the alcohol content is too strong.
I'll try chilling it in the refrigerator before drinking it.
I wonder how rice, water, and koji can produce such a clear sake.
It was served cold.
On the first day, I was bothered by the sake's distinctive positive alcohol content and its unique flavor, but today, the second day, the sake's distinctive flavor has disappeared and the taste has changed to a refreshing one!
