ひるぺこ
This time it is Maki-hata TSUBASA.
Maki-hata is another line of Takachi-yo sake, which is derived from the fact that Takachi-yo Brewery is located at the foot of Mount Makiki-yama, one of Japan's 100 most famous mountains.
It is served well chilled.
Crystal color.
The top aroma is sweet, with a bright fruity aroma of strawberries and ripe apples, with a freshness of ramune.
From the refreshing, fine, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, the fruity sweet and sour taste reminiscent of strawberries flows with a cool rummy feeling, and the fresh, gentle bitterness gives it a good sharp taste.
The fruity taste is mild because the alcohol content is kept at 14%, and the umami of the rice can be clearly felt.
Perfect for acclimatizing to the heat of summer ✨.
It's been a while since I've had a Takachiyo type.
The Makiki was pleasantly balanced, not too sweet and not too light 😊.
Refreshingly fruity and easy to pair with Japanese food.
The barcode is 🍶 and cute😍.
