It was hard to decide after looking in the liquor store's fridge, but it has been a long time since I have had an instrumental Masamune, as it is my favorite sake rice.
The Nakadori is my favorite of this sake, but this is also the first time in a long time that I have had a Musical Instrument Masamune without Aruzome.
First of all, a word of advice. Stable taste. It is safe. That's all I can say. This is the second day after opening the bottle. Since it is not a honjozo, the sharpness of the aluzoe is modest, but it was adequate on the first day.
It is a simple impression, but this is what you get when you make Aizan with the taste of Masamune Instrument. It tastes just as I imagined.
As time goes by, the sweetness becomes stronger, so it is best to drink it well chilled.
