It is truly Omachi! The flavor and aroma of the rice is accented with a slight tanginess and a great umami.
The slight gaseous sensation is a privilege of freshly opened sake.
It may not be to everyone's taste, but I really like it, as if it were a sake from the Niida family.
It is delicious.
I want to drink it cold.
