Today's dinner. On my first business trip to Towada City in a while, I wandered into a restaurant near my hotel. The sake is made by a local brewer, Hato Masamune, and is only available at restaurants in the city. I had no choice but to drink it. The sake is refreshing and easy to drink. It went well with sashimi and horse sashimi.
