The days when Musha Shugyo was on line at the liquor store, but I couldn't afford it because of the price.
Finally, there was a bottle in the price range that I could afford, so I bought it.
The bottle was opened with a light sip.
The aroma is mild and the mouthfeel is soft. Then, there was a light shriek.
It has a delicious flavor typical of Yamadanishiki, and the sweetness spreads in the mouth, but it is refreshingly smooth and silky.
The alcohol content is 13%, so it is very light. Or rather, it is a bit thin.
I understand that low-alcohol sake is in fashion, and there are some tasty low-alcohol sake, but this one feels distinctly thin to me.
Especially the lack of volume in the aftertaste is a bit sad.
However, the balance is quite good, and I like it.
