When I bought this sake, I simply wanted to drink Wind Forest, and I thought I would probably not wait until October 1 to drink it, but I waited properly. I mean, I managed to open the bottle just before the date changed. Since the one I had been drinking until just before was "Ringo Pom Pom," the richness of the flavor stood out. Rich flavor and sweetness with little bitterness. Pleasantly chili. It gives the impression of being quite heavy, so I can't drink a large amount, but it is very satisfying.
