Wednesday's story. My wife was off the next day, so we had a complication drink.
This time, we opened a bottle of Houou Mita FLY HIGH 2nd Mikumari by Kobayashi Shuzo, which we had enjoyed the first one so much that we got the second one as well.
We drank it immediately with a delicious memory.
Great effervescence.
I wonder if the first one was this fizzy?
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you feel the stimulation of firm fizz. The bubbles are quite firm.
The spiciness spreads in the mouth with a refreshing sweetness.
The slight bitterness is also felt, and as always, it is a well-balanced and delicious sake.
When paired with a meal, the sweetness and bitterness increased, and it was delicious as well.
The third day
It is still a bit shwashy, but it seems to have calmed down a bit.
The sweetness and bitterness in the mouth and the chili fizz are as good as ever.
I think the bitterness is a little more pronounced now.
Mikumari, fortunately I was able to enjoy both the first and the second Mikumari, and it was truly a blissful sake time.
