Store drinking. Learn about the history of the brewery by reading the endorsement. Sake saved by a brewery in Fukushima🍶. 100% Gohyakumangoku from Wajima, Ishikawa The color is pale and white. It has an apple juice-like hue. The aroma is lightly ALC-like. The taste is very lightly sweet, refreshing and gentle. In addition to the slight sweetness, it has a very slight carbonation. The aftertaste is impactful and bitter. It went very well with sashimi. I can only respect the sake brewers in other prefectures for saving this sake from being made undrinkable due to the earthquake. I would like to do what I can to support them so that I can drink this sake again.
