Explanations are important.
The feeling of pleasure you get when you are able to do something that cannot be verbalized is as good as the feeling you get when you have a drink. I have a feeling of regret and pleasure tomorrow because I wrote what I wrote.
Sake is delicious. I am grateful for all the work I have done and for the fact that I was able to drink. So, I sometimes use a fake sake to write my impressions when I'm drunk.
It is sweet. It's nice to feel that you have given up on the idea of being "refreshing".
It's a game of how far one line of words can be conveyed, and yes, how much I can remember when I'm sober.
The balance is sweetness oriented.
This type, in my personal opinion and appreciation, gives the impression of being sweet, but easy to drink. This is rather difficult.
That is why I am thankful to have met this kind of work, and ashamed of my ignorance of language.
