Home drinking. Closed today. Tomorrow, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day are workdays. So, for today's drink, I selected a sake that I prepared for the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. It is a local sake, Junmai Orikarami from Yamori. First, we tried it without mixing ori. The dishes are sashimi, yakitori (grilled chicken), wasabi, and simmered dishes. The fruity aroma is faintly fragrant, and the sweetness and spiciness spread to the palate, which is then cut off by the spiciness. Next, when I mixed in the ori, the overall flavor and aroma became mixed. It was a mellow change.
