I think it's Brahma after all.
It has been my favorite since I first encountered it in Fukui about five years ago, when it was not yet available in the Kanto area.
It's a trendy sake with a gorgeous aroma, richness, and a strong flavor, but it sure is delicious.
I have unforgettable memories of eating it with dried firefly squid.
