Shinkazu
It has the natural dryness of sake with the umami of rice and depth of flavor, and is a great accompaniment to meals. It can be used for everything from fatty food to sashimi.
I have never been involved with this wine, not even for a millimeter, but I think it would be a good choice for restaurants and proper drinking establishments.
As the label and the name suggest, it is a nice sake for relatively hard-core males.
