Denshu特別純米酒 山廃仕込
さかな🐟
I have been on a diet for a while now, and have been cutting back on sake, but I have created a (selfish) standard for myself that says it's OK to drink up to one sake.
So I opened a bottle of Tasake Yamahai that I had purchased.
I have had Tasake before, but I don't think it was Yamahai. In conclusion, the Tasake I drank before was more to my liking than the Yamahai. It's delicious, though! The sweetness spreads in the mouth. The moderately spicy taste is pleasant. However, I personally find this sweetness a little too sweet. I think it is fine if you enjoy it by itself, but I usually pair it with snacks, so I prefer it to be sharp and clean. Well, if it is said that I made a mistake in my selection, that is the end of the story....
I have no doubt that it tastes good, so I think it is best if you choose the right occasion to drink it. Personally, I find it difficult to match this sake with the right snacks. It is probably right to drink it by itself.
