I chose the San Shoraku sake that I had wanted to try for a long time 😁.
I have an image of San Shoraku as a Yamahai sake, but this one seems different 🤔.
It doesn't say, but according to the website of the liquor store that sells it, it seems to use No. 7 yeast.
It is slightly effervescent with impressive acidity and strong umami. It tastes just like I imagined, but I was surprised that it has a gaseous taste 😳.
