I'm still in training. I've known about it for a long time, but I've never had it before. 。。。。 It's called "Shimehari Tsuru Special Honjozo".
It has a subdued aroma in the mouth, a clean mouthfeel, and a ginjo aroma that spreads as it sits in the mouth. For me, it's a modest sweetness, and I agree that it "goes well with many different meals" ❗.
