ララの酒
It is a mellow, umakuchi (flavorful) sake with a dash of nigori (thick nigori) added. It is different from the nigori-shu I have tasted so far. It seems to go well with fish dishes.
Speaking of Kikuhime, it is one of Yamaoka's favorite sake in his favorite book, Mamiko Shinbo. I guess it means that at my age, I have finally reached the same state of mind as Yamaoka-san. 😋
