Sweet and sour and fruity aroma: ☺️
I can feel the sweetness, but I think it's a bit reserved. The sourness and umami are more in the foreground. It is light, and the bitterness and astringency come gradually. The aftertaste is also very strong.
It is fun to drink.
I decided to change the sake cups, so I used a boar's mouth and a glass with a wide mouth.
Maybe the boar cup goes well with the sake.
