On Saturday, I dropped by the brewery's store in Kitsuki City. The Hiina Meguri was just starting, and it was displayed in the store.
I was introduced that there was no special limited edition sake available at the kuragen store, but rather a Kanji Chiemijin that is distributed only in Kyushu. I was told that the raw sake is only available at special dealers in certain areas.
It had been a long time since I had tasted Junmai sake. I had the impression that it was too dry before. This time, the first attack was still dry and pale. After a little time, as it approaches room temperature, it opens up and the sweetness and umami increase. It is round and delicious 😋.
The fourth picture is my Friday lunch, Ramen Kainaru Fukuoka Airport Ramen (seafood tonkotsu ramen) 🍜.

The hina dolls 🎎 are not from our house, but from the Chiebijin warehouse store 🎎.
There was another one on top of it.
It seems to be an event of Kitsuki city and there were some customers who came for the hina dolls 😄.
