I remember hearing from others that it was delicious, so I bought it at my usual liquor store.
The aroma is rice-like with a hint of sourness.
It has a calm mouthfeel, and together with the aroma, it feels like a solid shochu.
It has a strong umami taste with a light aftertaste.
There is almost no sweetness, so it can be drunk like water.
I drank it even though I was not feeling well...
