Drink cold. Transparent with a slight yellow tinge Classic aroma similar to that of maturity. Complex and rich with a sense of maturity on the palate It lingers in the mouth for a long time. It goes well with rich crab miso. The label on the back of the bottle says that it has been aged for one summer. Compared to other hiyaoroshi, it has a very punchy flavor, perhaps due to the fact that it has been aged from a fresh bottle. Warming to lukewarm The aroma spreads strongly, and a tangy smell of alcohol is added. The flavor remains the same. Heat it up The aroma becomes less alcoholic and more like amazake (sweet sake). The taste is very mild, with a weak sweetness.
