Today is the day of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.
Not necessarily in honor of it, but there happened to be a sake with a limited edition Kobe label, so I opened a bottle.
It is an active nigori with a hole in the bottle.
It is neither sweet nor sour, but slightly bitter and umami. There is also a slight gassy feeling.
For some reason, I like this kind of sake the best. It is a roaring taste. Oh, it's delicious, it's so delicious.
We are thankful that we can enjoy drinking sake in this way today.
