On my way back from a mini-trip to Nagano, I stopped in Ueda and visited the Okazaki Sake Brewery.
There I purchased a limited edition sake from the brewery.
It has a refreshing taste that is easy to drink.
It has no unpleasant taste or habit, and is easy to drink.
I drank it with yudofu, and of course it was OK.
It might be even better with tempura soba (buckwheat noodles).
