I enjoyed Rainfall Malic Acid 77 so much that I tried 28 as well😊.
It is definitely sweeter than the 77.
The acidity seemed to be stronger in 77.
28 is a mellow sake with not much change from mouth to aftertaste, giving the impression of being sweet and easy to drink. I felt something was missing 💦.
In terms of balance, I thought I liked 77 better because of the changes in flavor, the fruity, gassy, and sour finish.
As I was told at the brewery, I recommend the 77 malic acid: ❣️
