The first sip gives you the right amount of crispness.... It's a year-round product, not a draft, and it's delicious ✨.
The aftertaste is also very sharp, and the umami disappears quickly...if you let your mind wander, you'll soon run out of this deliciousness😍.
If anything, it's best when paired with a meal that doesn't have a strong flavor such as sashimi or sushi 😃.
I personally think it's the best in the prefecture...
ps. I prefer Kamerei and Zuikan for dry sake👍.
