寫楽 Junmai Ginjo Natsugin Usu Nigori
This light nigori sake is full of rice flavor. It is nice to drink light nigori in summer. The elegant aroma, mellow rice flavor, and refreshing acidity make food delicious. It is best to drink it licking it with an inokuchi (cup) after it is sufficiently chilled. As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases and it becomes even more delicious.
