The official name is RYUSUISEN Omi Asazumi Miyamanishiki.
At about 10 degrees Celsius, it gave me a rather dull impression, but if I chilled it to a crisp, as the label on the back says, the impression changed dramatically, and it became crystal clear and easy to drink.
But I don't understand the meaning of "Omi" or "Mazumi". Is it a sake for export purposes🤔.
