It's a rare sake from western Japan. Kenbishi itself was a sake sold in supermarkets, so I knew about it for a while, but don't we look down on the sake sold in supermarkets? Don't you want to equate it with one-cup or demon killer? I am. Buying sake at a specialty liquor store is one way to enjoy it, but even if you can find it at the supermarket, you can drink it safely and comfortably. The taste is refreshing on the palate, but the aroma that comes through the nose is a strong, mellow smell of rice, so it's more for people who like traditional sake than trendy sake. Perfect for.
