Aromas of pear, cantaloupe, green apple and other spirited ginjyos, with a slight bubbling and scraping sensation on the tongue, a sweet mouthfeel, followed by a gradual, layered taste, a gorgeous rice aroma that spreads in the mouth, a slight astringency that punctuates the finish, and a thorough finish that leaves a silky aftertaste that makes you crave the next sip. Suitable for 10-15 degrees flower cold drink. Drinking alone is not bad.
