あちゃモロール
Tamayaki Ginjo
This bottle was recommended by the brewer at Tamagawa Shuzo. The label says it has a "dignified aroma and a light taste. The label says it has a "dignified aroma and a light taste," but it is not too sharp, but rather a gentle light taste.
When chilled, it is refreshingly clean, and when heated, it softly relaxes. The softness of the Uonuma water comes through when heated.
The accompaniment was a white shrimp kamaboko, a souvenir from my eldest son's trip home to Toyama. It has a taste not found at Suzuhiro or Kagomei in Odawara. The taste of white shrimp is something you can't find in your hometown.
It is a very ordinary sake.
The most luxurious thing is to be able to drink it in a normal way. I don't do anything special, but this kind of evening drink is what I like best.
It was a good New Year's day.
