Today is sake day, but I opened it the day before yesterday during mahjong. It seems I've been drinking too much and I've only got half a bottle left😩.
The aroma is peach, green apple and gentle creaminess!
It is a beautifully balanced sake with a moist sweetness, a hint of classical rice wine-like flavor in the middle part, and a gentle acidity that brings it to a sharp finish.
Sake with a habit of going all out for something is instantly delicious, but it tends to get boring in the middle.
This sake has a high degree of perfection even though it has a low degree of individuality, so I could drink it all the time. ☺️
