Omine has taken care of us a lot this year. This is a fire-brewed Yumachi, which won the highest award at the Yumachi Summit for two consecutive years, 2022 and 2023.
When drunk chilled, it has a brown sugar-like sweetness and a slight pineapple-like sourness. It is low-alcohol and does not have much of an alcoholic feel.
When the temperature is raised a little, the brown sugar taste increases, which is delicious. It seems to go well with a variety of dishes.
