くるま麩
My first Oita sake was "Chiebijin"!
When I was in college, the manager of a restaurant where I worked part-time said it was delicious, and I finally found a brand I've always wanted to try someday: ✨️
This is a new sake, freshly squeezed without filtration!
Junmai sake with a rice polishing ratio of 70%!
The aroma is a bit grainy and fruity like white grapes, just like the bottle looks like wine.
The gaseous mouthfeel is followed by a smooth, glossy sweetness. It is very easy to drink and enjoyable, with no unpleasant taste and no sticky sweetness that makes drinking tired 😌.

It's nice to have sweetness that you don't get tired of drinking 😋.
