My favorite place these days is Rokujyosu.
The aroma has a slight graininess to it.
When you swallow it, you can taste the sweetness.
Peach and a little gourd-like when swallowed.
The soft, mellow, fresh flavor spreads out.
It goes well with raw mackerel sashimi.
Good with raw mackerel sashimi.
