The weekend was the Tohoku Kizuna Festival. This event brings together festivals from six prefectures in the Tohoku region, and was started in 2011 as the Tohoku Rokkonsai to pray for the recovery from the earthquake disaster. The opening of the festival rotates among the prefectures, and this year's festival was held in Sendai! Aomori Nebuta and Akita Kanto are hard to miss, but for me, Iwate Sansa Odori is the best! I wanted to go to the Nagashi Odori dance on Saturday, but I got the wrong time and had to wait two hours before the festival to get a spot, so I was able to get a bench at the base position under the Sendai Tanabata decorations. Well, let's wait for 2 hours while drinking. The top aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is sweet and acidic, which is enough to convince anyone to drink it! The moment you take a sip, you will be saying, "This is delicious! The flavor is also very good. The umami is also well balanced, and the gentle bitterness at the end is also nice! Each layer of sweet, sour, umami and bitter flows in a gradation. We are determined to repeat it! The Nagashi Odori dance started with Fukushima Waraji Festival, followed by Sendai Suzume Odori, Yamagata Hanagasa Ondo, and Iwate Sansa Odori. Miss Sansa was so cute that even the old man was swooning. Thank you very much for the dinner!
