It is a light and dry sake, but the balance between the robust flavor and the tangy stimulation of the alkaloids is quite good.
The spiciness becomes stronger when heated, and it is delicious.
It's not a sake that appeals to young people, but it's good for those who like the taste of traditional sake.
I would like to try a higher grade sake as well, since I can't tell how good it is from the white label alone.
