I'm on a trip to Kyushu as I have to take a week off under the company's system. Today, while I'm settling in Hakata after starting in Yufuin, I'm in Fukuoka for the first time and I found the Mugen Tenkyo I wanted to drink at the liquor store, so I ignored the Tanaka Rokugo and Wakanami and bought it.
(Actually, I had already experienced Tanaka at an Izakaya yesterday.)
The color of the water is a little yellow and a little cloudy.
The aroma is melon-like, but not that strong, and you can still read the alcohol.
When you put it in your mouth, the acidity stimulates your mouth first, and then the fruity sweetness spreads quickly, and the acidity tightens up again. You can feel the melon taste from the aroma, but the tingling of the acid is so strong that the taste is a little unsettling.
The aftertaste is rather persistent and can be felt in the back of the throat, probably because the acidity is strong.
The flavor of the rice has been brought out to a great extent, but the impression is that it is not so much a sweet flavor as a slightly sweet flavor.
If you continue to sip it, you will be surprised.
The yogurt feeling comes out, and I can gulp more!
