This is LaJomon's koji triple brewed sake.
The proprietress seems to have purchased it from LaJomon, a pure rice sake specialty store in Yamagata, through the Internet as usual.
Speaking of koji sanbai, Adult Calpis Sanuki Kuraudai is also koji sanbai.
The initial aroma is mildly sweet and sour.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a slightly acidic sweet and sour taste.
It has a sake strength of minus 16, but thanks to the acidity, it does not seem too sweet.
By the way, Sanuki Kuraudai is said to be made with white malted rice, and La Jomon has a similar sweet and sour taste, so I wondered if it was made with white malted rice. I was drinking it thinking that it might be white malted rice.
Please let me know if you know anything about it 🍶.
It was delicious ✨

Good morning, Matsuchiyo 😃.
I'm interested in La Jomon, but I haven't had a chance to try it because I haven't seen it in Kansai 🥲.
I heard that half of the koji in this sake is white koji 🤔I'm impressed that you can tell by drinking it😄.

Good morning, Aladdin ✨
I rarely see them in Tokyo, though.
I drank it for the first time too.
It's half white malted rice, isn't it? I got a half hit 😆.
Thanks for the info 🤗
